New York Transgender Advocacy Group’s TGNC Pioneers of Tomorrow Leadership Program is a 6 month mentorship and training opportunity for Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming identified individuals. Our unique program prepares TGNC people to take on and successfully navigate leadership roles within their community. The program is comprised of four ninty-minute virtual modules and a full day in-person training in New York City.

NYTAG’s pedagogy is founded on experiential learning, whereby learning occurs through reflection and doing. Moreover, NYTAG trainings facilitate a learning environment that invite deep, challenging questions and a space where participants can unpack these topics.
